All orders over $100.00 is free shipping

All delivery will be send through Canada Post ,Priority. (2 to 3 days)

There is a $7.25 post charge for C.O.D orders. (minimum order $50.00)


Pick UP

It is possible to pick up your order to avoid shipping fee.

We have a retailer where it is possible to collect your order in St-Laurent. Pickup orders are ready to be picked up from the Thursday of each week, in late afternoon (after 3pm).

SmartCig guarantees our starter kits and parts placement parts for 30 days from the invoice date against DOA (Dead On Arrival) and defects.
If you experience a problem, please try the following:

  1. Take a look at our trouble shooting section. It may have the solution to your problem
  2. Contact us via and let us know what the problem is. We may have suggestions on how to resolve your issue.
  3. If we can’t resolve the problem, we will mail out a replacement.
  4. Refund will cover items only, shipping is not refundable.

Please note that we cannot take back carts, liquid for hygienic reasons.
